Caroline is obsessed with all things health and wellness. The simpler and lower tech, the better! She loves showing her patients and clients that with a little guidance and belief, they are capable of extraordinary healing. Her professional interests include balance and fall prevention, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, osteopenia/osteoporosis, inflammation… basically any lifestyle disease. She practices by the wisdom of her favorite Chinese proverb: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
Caroline’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Washington and Lee University (2010) and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University (2013). She later earned the following certifications: Functional Standards for Optimal Aging Expert (2017), Trigger Point Dry Needling (2018), and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy (2019). She completed the Clinician to Coach Jumpstart program through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute (2020) and is currently pursuing board certification as a health coach.
Caroline lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband, Taylor. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, and snuggling with her old beagle, Vinny.
